• Developing / provision of high-level program schedules, detailed project schedules & resource plans for different phases of the project (Engineering, Procurement and Construction), using Primavera P6 and MSP software, supervision and control of each phase.
• Providing project status reports including progress measurement, S-Curves and different weekly and monthly reports, etc.
• Coordinating project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Identifying potential project schedule delays and facilitating intervention in a timeous manner.
• Accommodating updates and changes to project schedules.
• Recommending actions to keep projects within budget, and completed on time
• Keeping stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines.
• Expediting subcontractors to ensure deliverables are achieved & roadblocks removed

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• Minimum of 2-3 years\' experience in Project Planning using Primavera / Microsoft Project
• Proficent in Microsoft tools
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Demontrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
• Effective problem identification and solution skills.
