I. DAILY TASK / RESPONSIBILITIES \xc2\xb7 Ensuring that all the Contractor\'s schedules and progress reports and forecasts are prepared and updated objectively and accurately. \xc2\xb7 Managing all schedule-related issues relative to the Work, especially focusing on providing early warning and recovery advice to Project management. \xc2\xb7 Coordinating with customer as required to ensure that predecessors and successors to the Work (and supporting schedule logic) are clearly defined in the Contractor\'s schedules and those predecessors and successors are incorporated at the necessary level of detail, activity coding, WBS coding, and activity description to enable integration with customer\xe2\x80\x99s schedules. \xc2\xb7 Contain craft resource loading for manpower planning and monitoring as well as for measuring performance against schedule ("PAS") / Project S-Curve and earned value. \xc2\xb7 Track, analyse, and report information appropriately to allow the project teams to manage their projects and evaluate weekly reports. \xc2\xb7 Ensure accuracy of project schedules and performed version control. \xc2\xb7 Co-ordinate project schedules, tasks, meeting updates, and efficient distribution of reports \xc2\xb7 Prepare, implement, and monitor scopes of work using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for control and integrity. \xc2\xb7 Monitor projects\xe2\x80\x99 progress, including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts and progress achieved to date. \xc2\xb7 Maintain project risk register to ensure that risks are effectively managed to minimize their impact on schedule, scope, and budget of projects. \xc2\xb7 Track baselines, perform what-if analysis, and develop contingency plans \xc2\xb7 Perform coordination of cross-functional departments to identify project issues, monitor action items, and work with the project manager to ensure resolution. II. QUALIFICATIONS \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 3 - 4 year as project scheduler and with related-work experience in the construction industry \xc2\xb7 Strong communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 written and verbal. \xc2\xb7 Good analytical and planning skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in the use of project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS project \xc2\xb7 Must have good attention to details. \xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational and time management skills \xc2\xb7 Good working ethics and ability to treat documents with confidentiality. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work effectively within a team setting and to provide leadership when required to do so.
