Create detailed outlines of tasks that need to be completed, indicating who will perform them, how they will be completed, and when they will begin and end.
Create and track the project schedule on Microsoft Project, adding resources and baseline, generating progress S-curves.
Create progress reports detailing the status of the project, highlighting potential issues.
Coordinate activities relating to the project provided by other professionals such as architects, engineers, construction managers, and suppliers.
Identify potential problems and propose solutions before they arise.
Estimate and follow up time and cost for each phase of the project to ensure that deadlines are met.
Monitor the progress of the project that includes visits to manufacturer`s workshops to ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Provide support to other areas of the company, service providers and client, consisted of architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, manufacturers, financing and other professionals involved in the project.
Communicating regularly with clients to provide updates and answer questions regarding the status of the project.
