Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in project management, coordination, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of project planning and scheduling processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel / PowerPoint / Project) or similar project management tools.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Fresh graduates with strong learning ability and a proactive attitude are encouraged to apply.

We are looking for a Project Planner who is detail-oriented, responsible, and great at coordination to join our team.You will be responsible for project planning, timeline scheduling, progress tracking, and team coordination - ensuring every project runs smoothly and is delivered on time.If you enjoy planning, organizing, and driving results through teamwork and clear communication, we'd love to have you onboard!
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
• Track project progress and ensure tasks are completed according to deadlines.
• Coordinate communication between departments to resolve issues during project execution.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to ensure targets are met.
• Support the Project Manager in risk assessment and problem-solving.
• Participate in project review and improvement meetings to suggest process enhancements.
