Project Planner
Job Description
. Responsible for preparation of project schedule and updating for all construction activities.
. Progress monitoring, tracking, updating and controlling duties from daily site work to ensure that the project in on track.
. Comparison between planned and actual progress of projects activities.
. Coordinating and reviewing with consultants and contractors to ensure compliance with the contract and scope of work.
. Schedule analysis, research of claims data for extension of time and preparation of supporting documents.
. Attend all progress meetings and / or client progress meetings.
. Preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
. And all other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
