• Coordinate, consolidate and secure QCD commitments within the Material Scope (M\xc3\xa9tier) in Project Execution. Transversally through the different work packages. Having end to end accountability regardless of if it is Make or Buy, or if it is generic and standard product or project specific, and regardless of if it is A class or C class material.
• Manage industrial scope assigned by the DIS project ensuring that the products (Alstom generic products, project specific products, installation materials) - including notably documentation and certificates - are delivered to the project stakeholders (Installation, Engineering, Customer,) according to project QCD commitments.
• One interface in the core Team meeting representing both Procurement function and Operations/Supply Chain function.Ensure that the Project Execution is aligned to the Procurement Platform Objectives with regards material scope.

Primary Responsibilities:

• One interface in the Project Core Team meeting representing both Procurement function and Operations/Supply Chain function.
• Take responsibility and ownership of Quality/Cost/Delivery of all purchases for the Project (Material and Services)
• Coordinate with Rolling Stock Procurement, Indirect Procurement and Supply Chain across multiple sites for all Sourcing related activities
• Lead Signaling Procurement including RFQs, Negociation, Contracting
• Consolidate and monitore Procurement costs of all involved sites within the Project
• Regular report of EAC and Cash out plan
• Guarantee that the level of stock in the project fits to the industrial strategy of the company especially through consistent industrial planning update according to project progress
• Have a general vision of the Project\xe2\x80\x99s / suppliers\' progress, stakes, and difficulties. Define and agree with Procurement the capture or mitigation plans to be followed by Procurement
• Initiate and manage Cost saving activities with involvement of various functions such as PM, Engineering, Commercial
• Manage Supplier Claims

Key Requirements:

• University Degree Engineering, MASTER (engineering, project management, Procurement and or Supply Chain\xe2\x80\xa6)

• Interest in technical field.
• Good understanding of production and logistics processes
• 3 to 8 years of experience (Project, Sourcing, Engineering, Quality\xe2\x80\xa6)
• Product / system technical knowledge
• Project Management knowledge
• ERP working knowledge
