Mission Details

Strategic Capex

Become a GASP referent for Arkema/Bostik projects in APOC to gather information, prepare procurement strategies. Act as facilitator to incorporate procurement plan into actual project at any AGATE stages.

Leverage on strong experience to proactively avoid road blocks and implement alternatives solutions.

Navigate through project execution difficulties and unexpected events to reach best outcome

EPC stakeholders

Develop knowledge of external networks of companies involved at different stages of bids and EPC phase.

Ensure readiness of supports of such partners at any time to support APOC sites.

Contractually master the relationship to maximize project execution and Arkema interests.

Process Compliance

Ensures compliance of purchasing processes and raise the awareness on people all levels as far as procurement foundations are involved. Correct or inform process team to correct noncompliance. Actively escalate issues to improve processes as needed.

Required Profile

• Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering preferred, Engineering background is preferred
• 15 years\' experience in Capex projects or Project Procurement Management, within MNC owner or engineering company in petro-chemical or pharmaceutical industry; Experience in mega green field Capex projects (

50M\xe2\x82\xac) in Chemical industry is a plus * Experience in engineering services is a must

• Ability to work in a multi-national environment and a global team. Strong project management knowledge is a must, and literacy in construction management is preferred
• Highly organized to oversee multiple projects at once.
• Effective, straight to the point communication. Good written and command in English, French is a plus.
• Work experience in Asia Pacific Outside China with Engineering Companies is required.
