Prepare purchase requisitions and delivery documentation.
Enter and update data from source records accurately within specified timelines.
Liaise with clients and arrange inspection schedules.
Maintain and manage quality-related documentation such as Material Reports, Fit-up Reports, Welding Visual Reports, and NDT Reports.
Coordinate with logistics providers to prepare packing lists and arrange transportation for export shipments.
Manage document control for engineering drawings and ensure the latest versions are updated on the server.
Arrange meetings and record minutes of meetings.
Monitor, track, and maintain inventory records for spare parts and equipment.
Provide comprehensive administrative support and carry out other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM / Form 5 qualification or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook will be an added advantage.
Familiar with using Zoom for online meetings.
Positive working attitude; able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Able to perform tasks with minimal supervision; mature, proactive, and responsible.
Well-organized, detail-focused, and accurate in handling work.
