Establish claim procedures to client and subcontractors including claim format, supporting documents, joint measurement, method of measurement, deadline for claims submissions, variation orders, material purchase on behalf, back charging and etc.
Originate, update and maintain the work plans including sub-contracting plans and mobilization plans.
Originate and control the overall project schedule for engineering, procurement, transportation and construction.
Originate the overall project budget and perform overall project cost control.
Prepare monthly reports, material schedule and cash flow required by the contract for presentation.
Prepare the proposal for variations / claims for presentation to the client, analyze project progress and recommend any improvements or remedial actions to the project manager. Submit the progress payment claim to the client and receive the payment.
Attends site and coordination meeting.
