Could you be the full-time Project Requirement Manager in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia were looking for?
Your future roleTake on a new challenge and apply your requirements management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll report to Turnkey Project Engineering Manager, Malaysia and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates teammates.
You\'ll be managing the requirement of KLIA APM project using the globally standardized Requirements Management practices. Day-to-day, youll ensure through governance (internal and external audits) that all Requirements Management Policies and Directives are adhered to on the project and much more.
Youll specifically take care of requirements management, but also system planning and interface management.
Well look to you for:

• Requirements Management

• Implement the requirements management process for KLIA APM Project.
• Define and allocate the requirements of the specifications to subsystems.
• Collect, consolidate and update the Requirements Management System such as DOORS and manual Excel database with the response of each subsystem.
• Prepare and deliver periodic reports on requirements status.
• Demonstrate by use of the Requirements Management System such as DOORS and manual Excel the compliance to the contract specifications.
• Establish and maintain traceability to and from system-level requirements.
• Ensure specifications and requirements are under change and configuration control.
• Prepare and format exports for customer delivery.

• System Planning

• Prepare System Requirements Management Plan for KLIA APM Project.

• Interface Management

• Identify the interfaces that require integration or interaction between internal and external subsystems contractors.
• Communicate, implement, and monitor Project Plans, reporting interface issues against appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs) that reflect quality, timing and interpersonal issues to improve and optimise performance.

• University degree in any relevant field of Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Working experience in railway requirements management process.
• Knowledge in Requirements Management System such as DOORS and manual Excel database.
