Currently involved key infrastructure construction projects in 76 countries across the globe.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead as the corporate representative for the Sales / Business Development division, representing the company in East Malaysia and serving as the main point of contact for all corporate matters within the region.
• Be the person in charge for the East Malaysia region mainly to identify and develop new business opportunities for infrastructure construction projects
• Negotiate contracts and agreements, and maintain relationships with clients and partners, contributing to several projects that boost the economic and social development of the regions
• Overseeing all aspects of identifying opportunities particularly focusing on Infrastructure project while establishing relationship with clients, and promoting our solutions and services to achieve sales target
• Manage the establishment and maintenance of relationships with key stakeholders across East Malaysia, cultivating partnerships essential for business growth and expansion within the region.
• Directed business development efforts focusing on infrastructure projects, from initial collaboration discussions to contract finalization with local partners ensuring a smooth transition to the tender team during the bidding process.
• Perform database analysis, commercial negotiation, market research, cost control & profitability analysis, capital budgeting and most importantly tender participation within the region
• Build a strong working relationship with the Government, Local Conglomerates, Private Companies, MNCs & SME.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 15 - 20 years of experience, particularly in business development and securing construction projects & government tender projects.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
• Willing to travel or be based in East Malaysia
