Identify, approach, and onboard potential sales customers (dealers, distributors, system integrators).
Plan to target project sales including schools, institutions, masjids, hotels, JKRs, etc
Promote the full range of audio system products including PA systems, karaoke sets, surau audio, and commercial sound solutions.
Prepare and present customized proposals and packages to meet client needs.
Manage and grow existing B2B client accounts through regular follow-up and support.

Customer Relationship Management
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
Provide pre- and post-sales support including technical information, assist in project site proposal and analysis guidance.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
3.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Provide feedback to the management team on market demands and product gaps.
4.
Sales Administration
Prepare quotations, sales reports, and order forms accurately.
Ensure all sales activities are recorded in CRM or tracking systems.
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, technical, finance) to ensure timely delivery and payment follow-up.
Requirements
:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Audio Engineering, or related field.
Fresh-graduate are encouraged to apply
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Possess own transport and willing to travel locally.
Proficiency in Mandarin and English is an added advantage.
