Job Description

This role involves identifying and managing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the commercial kitchen equipment industry. The Project Sales Executive will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to business growth in Kuala Lumpur.

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within designated territories or market segments focused on customized fabrication solutions.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of the offerings.
  • Lead negotiations and successfully close sales deals, ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
  • Oversee timely product delivery in alignment with agreed terms and customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline developments.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure outstanding customer service and post-sales support.
  • Contribute actively to sales strategy discussions, offering insights and suggestions to enhance overall performance.
  • Stay well-informed about the company's products, services, and evolving industry trends to effectively address client needs.

A successful Project Sales Executive should have:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a project-based sales or customer-facing role, ideally within the commercial kitchen equipment, F&B, or food service sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building and nurturing client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, backed by a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Word.
  • Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Possesses a diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
