Base Salary:RM 3,000 - RM 9,000 (including allowances)

Experience & Qualification
MinimumDiplomaor equivalent qualification.
2-3 yearsof relevant experience insales or business development.
Candidates from industries dealing withWater Pump, Water Piping, Air-conditioning, Construction, or Mechanical Sitesare highly preferred.
PreferChinese or Indian femalecandidates fluent inMandarin.
Must bebelow 30 years oldwithgood appearance and professional demeanor.
Must haveown transportor residenear the office areafor easier commute.
Willing totravel outstation, includingKlang Valley, Sabah, and Sarawak.
Must be able tojoin immediately.

Role Summary
TheProject Sales Executivewill be responsible for driving sales and expanding market presence across Klang Valley and Northern Malaysia. The role involves engaging with key stakeholders such asdevelopers, M&E consultants, architects, and contractorsto promote electrical products and secure project specifications at the early planning stages.
Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive product knowledge and offer appropriate solutions to clients.
Engage proactively with developers, consultants, architects, and interior designers to secure product specifications for new projects.
Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth in assigned regions.
Deliver persuasive presentations, prepare accurate quotations, and follow up to close sales.
Provide strong pre- and post-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Monitor project pipelines and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
Submit regularsales activity reportsand project updates to management.
Requirements
At least3 years of sales experienceinproject-based industriessuch as construction, electrical, or building materials.
Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient inMandarin and Englishto interact effectively with diverse clients.
Willingness and ability totravel frequentlyfor business engagements.
