Responsibilities
Contract length: 10 months Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Responsible for drawing up the project schedules for the projects assigned, studying equipment and manpower loading in and planning the work.
- Proper control of the project planning, cost control and reporting activities.
- Prepare and ensure that the project scheduling is closely monitored for timely completion.
- Prepare and ensure that the project cost is closely monitored and controlled to ensure the project is completed within budget.
- Ensure timely submission of progress and cost control reports to the clients.
- Ensure timely submission of monthly progress and cost control reports to the Management or as and when required.
- Prepare progress reports (with s-curves and etc.) periodically as required by the Project team or clients.
- Liaise with the procurement, production, and engineering departments to update the status of all the activities involved in the projects.
- Perform any other duties on project management as directed by the Management from time to time.
- Trade discipline background with a Degree in Engineering.
- Has a working knowledge of Primavera P6 / Microsoft Project.
- Minimum 3 years working experience as a project scheduler for EPCC projects in downstream Oil & Gas and/or Petrochemicals industries.
- 2 similar or relevant project experience in downstream Oil & Gas industry or Plant TA & SD.
- Possess leadership, people management and motivational skills.
- Strategic thinker who can contribute to the management and improvement of the overall operation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Possess planning and organizational skills.
- Strong client focus and ability to build relationships and trust.
- Teamplayer and proactive.

- Kerteh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor\'s (Required)
- downstream O&G industry: 2 years (Preferred)
