About the Role

We are seeking a

Site Supervisor

to oversee daily site operations and ensure all construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and capable of managing multiple trades on site while maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and progress.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all site works including architectural, structural, civil, and M&E trades. Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, method statements, and safety standards. Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient utilization and smooth workflow. Conduct daily inspections of work progress, quality, and site safety compliance. Verify and record site progress, prepare daily reports, and assist in preparing site documentation for inspections and claims. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to resolve site issues promptly. Enforce good housekeeping, waste management, and environmental control within the site. Ensure proper protection of completed works and compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements. Assist in authority and consultant inspections and support project handover documentation.

Requirements

Certificate or Diploma in

Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering

, or equivalent technical qualification.

5-8 years

relevant experience in building or infrastructure projects; strong background in site supervision and coordination. Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications accurately. Familiar with construction sequencing, quality control, and site safety requirements. Knowledge of authority inspection procedures and CCC/Form G processes is an advantage. Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office) and report writing. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Must be willing to work full-time at project site and lead site activities independently.
