Job descriptionYour assignment

• Oversee and support the development and overall project management (scope, budget & timeline) and lifecycle (ideation to hyper care) by co-ordinating with internal stakeholders, payment solution providers and external vendors.
• Lead and work with project stakeholders at all levels from project initiation, identifying requirements, planning, execution, delivery, handover and post-mortem analysis.
• Research and support in developing the business case and ROI analysis for new initiatives and solutions to be introduced to markets, in all touchpoints from a global approach and local relevancy.
• Lead activities and collaborate with stakeholders to analyse, support, identify gaps and provide insight to business lines and project team/stakeholders on performance of payment types/modes, supporting the optimization and commercialization of new and existing payment solutions.
• Support in building close relationships with partners such as financial institutions and payment partners, securing solid relationship and services provided, translating to effective services, operational excellence and potential marketing synergies.
• Secure and support payment related operational obligations such as compliance and procurement activities, and securing documented manuals (i.e. SOP) and contractual demands.\xc3\x82
• Secure detailed project documentation across all project stages (e.g. requirements, UAT) and ensure project learnings and shared with stakeholders.

QualificationYour profile

• You have 3 \xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x93 4 years of experience working in the payment product and/or project management field or in a similar capacity, with good understanding of end-to-end project management.
• You are mature, self-driven and detail oriented. You are independent and able to manage your time well. Prioritizing tasks comes easily to you with multiple ongoing initiatives and tasks at hand. You have an eye for quality and detail, especially for numbers.
• You are a strong communicator and translating technical or complex issues to simple terms comes naturally to you. You are able to engage and collaborate with co-workers of all levels confidently.
• You are a team player who is highly passionate about your role, and managing change or deviations invigorates you.
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Words.
• Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast paced, agile and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of the payment industry, system and compliance standards (e.g. PCI DSS) is an added advantage.
