Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, and to the client\'s satisfaction.
• Coordinating with designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure that all project requirements are met and communicated effectively.
• Conducting site visits and meetings with clients to ensure that project specifications are met and addressing any concerns or issues that arise during the project.
• Maintaining detailed project documentation and records, including progress reports, project plans, and meeting minutes.
• Ensuring that projects comply with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Leading and supervising project teams, including designers, contractors, and other staff.
• Continuously monitoring and reporting on project progress to management and stakeholders.
• Managing project risks and developing contingency plans.
• Ensuring quality control and conducting post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

• Prossess driving license
• Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, management, or similar.
• Construction experienced is advantageous.
• Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
