- At least possess SPM or equivalent
- At least 5 years working experience in Construction Sector
- Hand-on experience in HVAC maintenance, installation & commissioning related job functions.
- Passionate, hardworking, initiative and independent.
- Critical thinking and good problem solving skills.
- Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.
- Monitoring construction processes and supervise daily construction or operational activities.
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Performing equipment, material, and routine site inspections.
- Coordinate the efforts of on-site personnel, including sub-contractors, ensuring everyone is working towards projects deliverables.
- Address and resolve on-site issue promptly, making decision to keep project on track.
- Ensure on-site activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Willing to travel outstation is an added advantage.
