Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team.

Knowledge of SOP and technical specifications.

Proficiency in project tracking and scheduling software.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Tanggungjawab

Site Supervision: Oversee sub-contractors to ensure project scope and schedule adherence.

Project Monitoring: Regularly track project status and update records.

Resource Management: Efficiently utilize plant, labor, and materials.

Coordination: Liaise with main contractors, consultants, and sub-contractors for seamless installation work.

Quality Control: Monitor and control material wastage, ensuring work implementation aligns with SOP and technical specifications.

Supervision: Oversee mechanical and electrical erection activities of sub-contractors.

Project Tracking: Maintain efficient project tracking and scheduling for timely completion.

Meeting Participation: Attend site meetings with main contractors, consultants, and related parties.

Reporting: Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Ensure reports are signed and witnessed.

Final Inspection: Perform final checks and inspections before project closeout.

Handover: Ensure smooth project handover to clients and transfer to S&M Department.

Documentation: Maintain project documentation and ensure proper filing for smooth project closeout.

Problem Reporting: Report site issues to project engineers for prompt resolution.

Additional Duties: Perform any other duties assigned by management.
