Our opportunity for you: Job Title : Project Support Analyst Location : Johor Bahru, Malaysia Business Unit: SEA Operations Department: Transformation Level and Grade: 6 months contract Reporting to: Director SEA Transformation Purpose of the role: Vistra Singapore has migrating their 3 client\'s databases on premise to the global fit to standard model of VPoint. We now need to migrate Documents and files from several Document Management Systems to one of the Global Target DMS: VPoint DMS or SharePoint. The Project support analyst will be assisting project team and business in the document cleansing in preparation of the migration to target DMS\'. Scope: She/he will work side-by-side with our transformation team and GSC Cosec teams for the cleansing of the documents. She/he may also support in other project tasks and activities as assigned by Transformation team. Key responsibilities: Assist in Analysing files and documents saved in current DMS\' Assist in overall cleasning activities: Clean/Move files to the Target Folders as per Standardised Structure Rename Files as per Agreed Naming Convention Resave Files in the agreed format Assist in data/file validation and reconcilliation of legacy data to the new system Assisting with User Acceptance Testing coordination during the DMS Migration Capturing minutes of meeting, key actions and decision Good communication/interpersonal skills Attributes/ Technical Skills: Core Competencies: Good communication Good Excel Knowledge Familiar with SharePoint and any other DMS Analytical mindset Working collaboratively Resilient & flexible Awareness of self and others Capacity for complexity & change Relevant Experience: University graduate with 0 - 3 years exeperience Educational Qualifications: University degree, preferably in a business, finance or computer science discipline BCS/IIBA BA qualification desirable Join US!
