Position: Project Support Engineer Infra
Duration: 9 months
Location: Shah Alam
Start date: July / August 2023

• Achieving project objective for project support need e.g. business, integration, gathering and collection detailed test cases that serve the project testing requirements with attention to details and executing it to SIT & UAT scopes.
• To deliver demand requests based on the committed timeline with quality assured by understanding the target services needs, digesting detailed requirements and design to execute the scope of user acceptance test within the context of each delivery.
• Managing defect tracking list of tasks, dependencies and follow up with participants required to mitigate the risks to products & services quality and obtain L2/L3 support for this objective. And, continue to work with various stakeholders to improve customer\xe2\x80\x99s of products/services quality.
• Responsible to carry out recurring test activity as per the scope test plan with highest quality assurance for ensuring experience before new product roll out. Work with the system functional teams to roll out new products on a timely manner.
• Responsible to adhere the way of work in demand requests processes, test cases documents and all processes for testing as per standards defined.
• Responsible to include prepare test report of all project demand requests activities like weekly service request updates, test results, defects discovering and follow up status.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology/Telecommunications/Marketing or equivalent.
• Good communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
• Application, Infra tools, basic technical knowledge is added advantage such like Linux, Redhat, Network, Security, DB, Cloud , backup, IT infra monitoring and Infra services management etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 9 months Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:
