Job Description

Responsibilities: As a Project Engineer, you will have regular contact with customers and the Sales department as a problem solver and discussion partner Work with the Sales team to produce AutoCAD drawings, Revit formwork models using Doka formwork systems during the proposal stage of construction projects and finalize the solution to be used for actual jobsites Ensure that the drawings and solutions indicate the proper use of Doka forming equipment and that the drawings represent safe, economical and efficient designs. Perform static analysis and prepare specifications for deliveries Provide material lists for quotations to the sales and operations teams to ensure timely shipments of material to sites Participate in staff training programs and be able to provide training on products and formwork solutions to customers and agents Support the Sales team by determining appropriate formwork solutions that meet the customers\' needs (economically, and in compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines) Ensure that work is designed with available inventory and in conformance with contractual obligations Ensure that the policies, procedures, programs, standards of performance and compliance are adhered to Any other official duties as may be assigned by the Management Qualifications Qualifications: Possessing fluency in the local language, which comprises Malay, English, and Chinese, is a desirable trait for this position. Competence in conveying the relevant points to all stakeholders, clients included, with clarity. Ability to manage multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines and budgets. Ability to work independently and also as a team player in a results-driven, fast-paced environment Hands-on mentality and engaged personality, confident attitude Resilient, attention to details, strong problem solving & analytical skills and strong drive to succeed Honest and punctual A Sarawakian resident is preferred for this position, as it will be based in Kuching, Sarawak.
