Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of machinery and equipment repair processes. Familiarity with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. Project Management: Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and resource management. Experience in procurement processes, including sourcing and managing vendors. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven track record of identifying issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
