Promote and explain products to customers at assigned outlets.
Ensure product display, stock replenishment, and shelf arrangement follow company standards.
Conduct product sampling or demonstration when required.
Monitor stock levels, pricing, and competitor activities.
Build good relationships with outlet staff (supervisor / store manager).
Prepare daily/weekly reports including sales, feedback, and stock status.
Achieve sales targets and support marketing activities.
Handling customer inquiries, providing clear information and supporting daily operations that involve multilingual communication.
Requirements
Minimum SPM.
Experience in sales, promotion, or merchandising is an advantage.
Good communication skills and customer friendly attitude.
Able to work on weekends & public holidays.
Possess transport (for outlet visits - Outlet Executive role).
Responsible, independent, and able to follow schedule.

Able to speak bahasa Melayu, English and Chinese
