We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented
Executive, Asset Management
to join our Property & Development team at
Pizza Hut Malaysia
. This role supports the team in managing tenancy agreements, rental negotiations, and property-related matters to ensure smooth operations across our outlets nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Asset Management team in ensuring efficient tenancy management and adherence to company SOPs.
Manage tenancy renewals -- including rent negotiations, renewal notices, and coordination with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.
Prepare rental analyses and proposals for management approval.
Serve as the main liaison with landlords for rental, maintenance, and tenancy matters.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve outlet-related property issues promptly.
Support initiatives for rental cost optimization and improved tenancy structures.
Prepare reports and updates for management on tenancy progress and performance.
Requirements
Degree in Real Estate Management, Property Management, Land Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in real estate, property, or F&B industry is an advantage.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with good analytical thinking.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable preparing reports and presentations.
Able to work independently, manage deadlines, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Willing to travel to project sites when required.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
