Job Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Assist for concept store innovation and development planning, follow through on roll-out implementation in the areas such as recruitment assessment, store renovation, merchandising guide setting & executive planning, store sell-out performance evaluation, and development of enhancement program \xc2\xb7 Drive sell-out through strong retail visibility excellence in terms of product and branding as well as in-store communication \xc2\xb7 Liaise with suppliers/contractors for renovation & maintenance works \xc2\xb7 Assist, monitor, and manage store\xe2\x80\x99s maintenance to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standard \xc2\xb7 Develop overall store merchandising concept, providing suitable and effective guidelines on merchandising \xc2\xb7 Assist in the planning of weekly, monthly & special function promotions \xc2\xb7 Increase brand share and shelf share in-store through in-depth performance analysis \xc2\xb7 Help identify opportunities to improve sales and operational efficiency and lead efforts to scale best practices \xc2\xb7 Provide a variety of summary reports on weekly and monthly basis to superior \xc2\xb7 Organize, executive, manage and promote the concept store nationwide to achieve profitability objectives \xc2\xb7 Recommend an effective marketing and promotion program to generate customer\'s awareness and sales \xc2\xb7 Improve the service standards and customer\'s experiences at concept stores \xc2\xb7 Supervise the operations of the concept store nationwide to ensure its smooth running \xc2\xb7 Perform any other ad hoc task/ duties which may be assigned by superior
