• Come out with end user engagement strategy.
• Recruit, train, and supervise promoter such as brand ambassadors and demonstrators. Provide guidance on product knowledge, presentation skills, and customer engagement techniques to maximize effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative promotional strategies aligned with the company\'s objectives and target audience.
• Plan and execute promotional events such as product launches, and store promotions.
• Ensure the availability of promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and giveaways. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to produce high-quality promotional materials within budget and timeline constraints.
• Track the performance of promotional activities and measure their impact on sales and brand awareness. Analyze data and feedback to make informed decisions and optimize future promotional efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment of promotional activities with overall business goals and strategies.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging promotional techniques. Incorporate new ideas and best practices into promotional strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

• Job Requirements:
• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.

Proven experience in promotional activities, preferably in a similar industry or role. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
