PROMOTER FOR AGRICULTURE PRODUCTS - CAMERON HIGHLANDS

Role purpose:

Work under close supervision of Area Sales Manager, implement retailer sales strategy and demand creation to influencing farmers or retailers for achieving sales targets. The job requests good

relationship built with key retailers and big farmers (Entrepreneur grower)

Accountabilities:

- Manage county retailar sales in, consumption, display.

- Implement sales plan and achieve sales target in retailers.

- Under the Area Sales Manager guided, conduct new products launch, execute the market campaigns and send back the reports.

- Convince farmer for trials and implement demand creation with exited solutions. Photograph the trials for demand creation or send to request departments if needed.

- According to Area Sales Manager tailor-made PPT of crops and company products in respective

area, present PPT in demand creation.

Qualifications:

- Knowledge, experience & capabilities

- Major in agronomy or working experienced in agriculture industry

- Spoken anh or Mandarin/Hokkien/Cantonese

Salary ranges from RM2,500 to RM4000.00
