Job Description

Job Functions : - Responsible for overall promoters activity and management in an outlet. - Oversee and supervise all promoters. - Plan and strategize the promotion activity for in house brands on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis. - In charge in recruitment of promoters for existing outlet for in-house brand. - Responsible in training new promoters. - Setting promotional schedule for in-house brand. - Generating, analyze and present monthly sales report to Hiring Manager. - Setting sales target for promoters according to monthly sales report. - Examine the sales and market trend in the industry. - Assist and help to cover promoters shift when needed only. - Liaise closely with Marketing Department for promotional programs. - Any other ad-hoc task assigned by the Management. Requirements : - Candidates must possess at SPM or equivalent. - At least 1 year(s) of working experience as a Promoter or any other related field. - Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese. - Positive attitude, responsible and has good communication skill. - Self-motivated, able to work independently and dynamic. - Possess own transportation and willing to travel within and out of Klang Valley.
