To manage office daily administration and to carry out accounting tasks & handling of monies received process; To draft, prepare and ensure timely distribution of general notices/circulars and to specific non-complying resident/owner and follow-up thereof. To manage the computation of payroll for approval of council; To prepare relevant accounting and operations report for monthly council meetings and to take minutes thereof. Must be prepared to undertake rotational 24-hour duty managers tasks.
