To be duty at sales gallery, roadshow, and to support marketing events.
Engage with customers to understand their needs, propose and create suitable property solutions to ensure a smooth sales journey.
Generate new sales leads through marketing campaigns, social media, events, business directories, and client referrals, etc.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to potential buyers.
To achieve sales target and conversion that set by management through sales activities.
Achieve a minimum of 30% in-house sales vs targets.
To achieve strong loyalty of customers to company.
Contribute to positive Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and Internal Customer Experience Survey (ICES) results.
Acquire high lead-to-booking conversion rate.
Conduct market research to monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and activities, and provide insights to management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum SPM or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in property development / real estate or related industry.
Able to work in fast-paced and demanding environment.
Good communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
Possess positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Demonstrate a strong sense of teamwork.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
