Responsibilities & Authorities \xe2\x80\xa2 Sale and Purchase / Leasing - Assisting in Conduct surveys, analysis and research on market environment and competitor activities. - Assist in Design and implementation of various marketing activities and advertising / promotion. - Assist in Coordinate all relevant parties to complete sales & purchase / leasing documents in a timely and accurate manner. - Prepare and report sales and leasing status to your direct superior. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in short-term leasing platform and manage the routine operation either by agent or by our own operation team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in tenants\xe2\x80\x99 feedback and / or suggestions and monitor rental collection status. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in managing upkeep and maintenance of assets include renovation for new acquisition properties include liaise with contractor, management office, designer and etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assists in establish and maintain property management\xe2\x80\x99s database. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 1 year of working experience in the related field will be preferred for this position. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess own transport as travelling is required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-motivated, aggressive and possess high interest in the property industry. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of Strata Title Act and Building & Common Property Act will be an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess good leadership skills, highly motivated and able to communicate effectively.
