Job Title : Property Assistant Department/Project/ Division : Properties Company : Johawaki Properties Sdn Bh Location : Wisma Johawaki Employee\'s Qualification : At least a Diploma in Real Estate or any related field KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES : To assist with the general input and administration of PMS database & DMS. To assist in the effective management of keys for the properties of Johawaki Group. To assists and monitor any repair works done by the contractor as required for all the properties of Johawaki Group. To ensure all the properties of Johawaki Group are well maintain and grass maintenance done by the appointed contractor accordingly as per schedule. To assist in preparing memo of payment to Joint Management Body/ Management Corporation/ any local authority for ie service charge, sinking fund, fire insurance, water charge, quit rent and/or security fee. To assist in preparing of payment to contractor/ agent/ lawyer/ valuer, if necessary. To assist and attend to the daily banking, payment to local authorities, issuance of postage and any other matter requested by the management. To assist in any matters related to TNB/ Syabas/ local authority. To assist in giving of hamper to tenant/ contractor/ lawyer/ valuer during festive season. To liaise with dispatch personnel, if necessary. QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION Qualification : At least a Diploma in Real Estate Management, Business Admin or any related field Experience : At least 1 year of working experience in related field Knowledge : Microsoft Office Skills / Competencies : Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English Others (if any) : Proactive, resourceful and a team player
