2. To study and identify suitable locations according to clients requirement and negotiate with land owners.
3. Prepare necessary documentation for SAQ.
4. Handle documentation and submission to relevant local authorities.
5. Liaise and prompt follow up with various parties i.e. consultants, land owners, local authorities and clients.
6. Reporting to Head of Department SAQ and providing overall support in terms of project management.
7. Provide site updates and milestone projections to the HOD Department on a regular basis.
8. Work as part of a team to ensure all company procedures and quality standards are adhered and achieved.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
2. Knowledge in land matters with excellent communication.
3. Highly motivated, positive and able to adapt effectively to new work challenges and situational challenges.
4. Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
5. Willing to travel outstation in short notice and base outstation.
6. Have valid driving license.
