JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Overall in charge of the end to end Site Acquisition scope.
• Providing overall support in terms of property management.
• To study and identify suitable location according to client\'s requirements and negotiate with landowners.
• Prepare necessary documentation for site acquisition.
• Handle documentation and submission to relevant local authorities.
• Liaise and prompt follow up with various parties i.e consultants, landowners, local authorities and clients.
• Provide site updates to the head of the Acquisition Department on a regular basis.
• Work as park of a team to ensure all company procedures and quality standard are achieved.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance / Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Property Development / Real Estate Management.
• Knowledge in land matters with excellent communication.
• Able to work in independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in property valuation is an advantage.
• Applicant must be willing to work in Bandar Sunway.
• Willing to travel outstation in short notice and base outstation.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Possess Class D driving licensed is a MUST
• Able to start immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month Education:

• Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
