Job Description
:We are hiring a Property Executive to assist with the management and leasing of a co-living property in Johor Bahru, near the checkpoint. The role involves supporting tenants, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high occupancy rates in collaboration with the Property Manager.Key Responsibilities:
- xefxbbxbfAdvertise and show available rooms, prepare lease agreements, and handle tenant inquiries and renewals.
- Address tenant concerns, conduct property checks, and organize community activities.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and cleaning, ensuring property compliance with regulations.
- Develop strategies to attract tenants, manage online listings, and create promotional materials.
- Maintain lease records, assist in property performance reports, and monitor rent payments.
- Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in property management, leasing, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the Johor Bahru real estate market and co-living industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with property management software is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Malay is required. Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
