Are you passionate about property and facilities management? Metropolitan Lake Development Sdn Bhd (MLD), a subsidiary of Rasma Corporation Sdn Bhd, is expanding its team to deliver high-quality property management and maintenance services in Kepong. We're looking for a proactive, hands-on Property Executive to take charge of daily operations and upkeep of buildings in Kepong. What You'll Be Doing :

Take the lead in daily building operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Supervise service teams including cleaners, technicians, and contractors to maintain high service standards. Liaise with consultants, vendors, and contractors to align project execution with design plans and timelines. Perform regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and maintenance protocols. Manage tenancy operations, from move-ins and move-outs to handling tenant inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Oversee infrastructure and maintenance works including piling, substructure, and M&E services. Review technical drawings and resolve design clashes or potential rework. Monitor and track project schedules to ensure on-time completion. Manage budgets and cost control, ensuring value-for-money solutions and efficient resource use. Maintain comprehensive documentation including contracts, site reports, inspection records, and updates.

Who We're Looking For :

A Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field. 1-3 years of relevant experience in property or building management. Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Possess own transport and willing to travel between sites. Open to working at our Kepong location.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
