Candidate must at least Degree in Building and Property Management / Real Estate Management or equivalent field.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English.
Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Word/ Excel/
Strong organizational and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work well under pressure.
Excellent time management and effective planning.
Possess own transportation and willing to travel
Responsibilities
To advertise empty unit property and attend to prospect tenant
To prepare Tenancy Agreement and monitor the outstanding rental not paid
To handle property handover and conduct pre-handover inspection for new tenants or expiring tenants.
To response tenants\' complaints and resolve problems.
To follow up payment of maintenance fee, assessment rent, quit rent, electricity, water and other related building maintenance fees.
To represent company to attend the property AGM and provide the update to management.
To maintain insurance policy record. Needs to keep track of insurance expiration date and to ensure the renewal is made in time.
To update master list, manage the tenant files, send update to management.
To liaise with lawyer on preparation of Tenancy Agreement & Litigation.
To communicate and follow through with relevant authorities, access, when necessary.
Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
