Possess Diploma in Property Management / Building Facilities, Diploma in Finance/ or any related discipline.
Minimum 1 year working experience in the Building / Property Industry.
Self-motivated, well organized and responsible.
Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
Able to plan, conceptualize and implement.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong command of written English and Mandarin.
Basic computer skills.
Job Scopes:
Manage various in house & outsource services which include Security, Car Park, Cleaning, Landscape, Concierge & Building Maintenance.
Supervise and monitor all the services rendered by service providers / contractors / sub-contractors\' staff
Identify defects and recommend solutions by preparing adequate scope of works before calling / sourcing for contractors / suppliers / service providers to quote for rectification of works.
Following up on defects rectification progress of facilities and common area.
Ensure all renovation applications submitted are with proper documentations and the scopes of works are within perimeters of the existing by-laws / House Rules
Carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the Company from time to time.
Carry out routine building inspection, surveillance & improvement to ensure safety & security measures.
Working Hours:
Working Hours: From 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Work Days: Monday to Saturday only
