Job Requirements:

• Possess Diploma in Property Management / Building Facilities, Diploma in Finance/ or any related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in the Building / Property Industry.
• Self-motivated, well organized and responsible.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Able to plan, conceptualize and implement.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong command of written English and Mandarin.
• Basic computer skills.

• Manage various in house & outsource services which include Security, Car Park, Cleaning, Landscape, Concierge & Building Maintenance.
• Supervise and monitor all the services rendered by service providers / contractors / sub-contractors\' staff
• Identify defects and recommend solutions by preparing adequate scope of works before calling / sourcing for contractors / suppliers / service providers to quote for rectification of works.
• Following up on defects rectification progress of facilities and common area.
• Ensure all renovation applications submitted are with proper documentations and the scopes of works are within perimeters of the existing by-laws / House Rules
• Carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the Company from time to time.
• Carry out routine building inspection, surveillance & improvement to ensure safety & security measures.

• Working Hours: From 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
• Work Days: Monday to Saturday only
