1. Liaise with the Client, financial advisor, lender, solicitors and managing agent as needed, on all aspects of the property purchase, management or sale, providing excellent customer service at all times. 2. Deal with general property enquiries & provide accurate information. 3. Liaise with other teams in the company and our panel legal team. 4. Keep up to date with IRB rules governing property purchase and ownership and changes in legislation. 5. Maintain database for Client & project. 6. Prepare, submit & expedite progress claim to solicitors. 7. Liaise with other department on matters related to scope of work and when required. 8. Monitor & control all branch staff for contract management. 9. Manage the Client loan, property values and contract agreement. 10. Manage the database and claim property management. 11. Have a responsible, honest and trustworthy and timely manner. 12. Perform additional tasks as directed.
