We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Property Sales Executive to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to sell residential and commercial real estate projects. As a Property Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and exceeding sales targets.   • Prospect, identify, and establish relationships with potential residential and commercial property buyers.
  • Conduct property showings, presentations, and tours to potential clients.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on real estate investment opportunities and market trends.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, property values, and competition.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to network and generate leads.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and handle any post-sale inquiries.
Job Requirements:

  • Sales-Oriented: The ability to meet and exceed sales targets is a key requirement for this role. Previous sales experience in the real estate sector is a plus.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to build rapport with clients and effectively convey property details and value.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail is essential for preparing reports, contracts, documents, and presentations accurately.
  • Networking Skills: Building and maintaining a network of potential clients and industry contacts is a vital part of this role.
  • Experience : A bachelor\'s degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Preferably minimum 3 years of experience in property industry
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month Benefits:
