Compile, verify, organize, and analyze data to derive portfolio-level statistics and insights.
Evaluate property trends, market conditions, and investment drivers to develop strategic asset management initiatives.
Present detailed analyses of the portfolio's current status and provide strategic growth recommendations at both micro and macro levels.
Research and evaluate potential investments, including property developments, build-to-suit projects, and sales & leaseback opportunities.
Structure and negotiate investment deals, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Conduct financial modeling and quantitative analysis for property development and investment scenarios.
Perform due diligence on companies, industries, and market data, including financial statement analysis.
Prepare investment proposals for presentation and approval by the Investment Committee and Board Members.
Collaborate with property management and asset management teams to ensure alignment with overall group strategy. Assist in project management and financial reporting processes.
Draft and present management reports, including detailed analysis and recommendations.
Conduct research related to the real estate industry, REITs, and macroeconomic trends to guide strategic decisions.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in asset management, real estate investments, or financial analysis.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation skills and experience in structuring investment deals.
Knowledge of the logistics real estate sector and REITs is an added advantage.
