Responsibilities: Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the rental properties. Handling viewing, rental collection, maintenance & tenants\' complaints and related issues. Experienced within Real Estate or Hotel industry is an added advantage. Responsible and able to work independently, to manage a team of outsourced vendors. Requirements: With at least 2 years\' working experience in any field. A team player. possess excellent customer service skills. Able to speak English, Bahasa and Mandarin. Work well in a fast-paced environment. With own transport.
