  • keep track of rental collections , utilities calculation, manage and liaise (if any) with tenants for existing rental properties
  • post rental ads across websites and platforms (marketing)
  • Set up new units (only if there\'s new unit)
  • Make Monthly rental payments, utilities submissions
  • Search properties websites for new units (for expansion)
  • Arrange potential tenant viewings
  • Do monthly reporting
  • Ad- hoc tasks if required
  • Flexible working hours with just 4 hours in office per day ; the rest of the hours are flexible
Job Requirement
  • Relevant property management working experience (1yr) is an added advantage;
  • Good command in oral and written communication skills in English; Malay; Mandarin is an added advantage;
  • Organised, detailed and deadline oriented.
  • Positive thinking, problem solving skills.
  • Sharp time management skills and able to work both independently and as a team.
  • Fast learner and able to work under pressure with a teamwork based.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month Benefits:
