Requirements

• Experience in property/leasing/client service preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant property/leasing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of property management systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
• Marketing knowledge/experience will be a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Customer-oriented and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between property tenants, and internal teams & management.
• Handle inquiries, tenancy agreements, and lease renewals.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for property maintenance.
• Manage marketing efforts for online property leasing, including client visits and property viewings.
• Manage online property platforms.
• Prepare and maintain property-related documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with local property regulations and company policies.
• Assist in resolving tenant issues and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
