Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the team.
• Prepare related agreement, letter and business cases related to the Site Acquisition team.
• Liaise and follow up with Landlord and external parties on agreement and document requisition.
• To handle and compile daily incoming and outgoing communications, including email and telephone enquires.
• Review retail tenancy agreement and related documents.
• Work closely and resolve issues with other department members or management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or Business Studies/ Administration/ Management.
• Possess a tertiary qualification of 1 year experience in similar capacity.
• Excellent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia is a MUST. Mandarin will be an addedadvantage.
• Possess good computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Tenancy Management System.
• Able to work independently in a fast paced working environment.
