:Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the team
  • Prepare related agreement, letter and business cases related to the Site Acquisition team
  • Liaise and follow up with Landlord and external parties on agreement and document requisition" T
  • To handle and compile daily incoming and outgoing communications, including email and telephone enquiries
  • Review retail tenancy agreement and related documents
  • Work closely and resolve issues with other department members or management
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in in Property Management, Real Estate, or Business Studies /Administration/Management
  • Possess a tertiary qualification of 1 year experience in similar capacity
  • Possess good computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Tenancy Management System
  • Able to work independently in a fast paced working environment
