Kelayakan

• 3-7 years of experience in property sales (developer or agency background preferred).
• Proven ability to close sales and manage follow-ups effectively.
• Willingness to support marketing coordination tasks as needed.
• Proficient in tools such as WhatsApp, Excel, Canva, and basic CRM systems.
• Able to work on selected weekends for events (replacement off-days provided).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player with a results-driven mindset.

Tanggungjawab
Sales (Primary Focus):

• Handle inquiries from digital ads (WhatsApp, Facebook), walk-ins, and events.
• Conduct property presentations, previews, and follow-up appointments.
• Close sales with direct buyers and support agent sales where needed.
• Manage leads using basic CRM tools (training provided).
• Assist in organizing and executing sales events and roadshows.

Marketing Support (Secondary):

• Coordinate with internal teams and agencies for marketing collaterals (flyers, videos, ads).
• Support social media content creation and posting.
• Provide sales feedback to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Assist management in executing planned marketing activities.
