Requirements:-\xc2\xb7 At least 3-5 years of working experience in Property Development or Real Estate background would be an added advantage.. Ability to work in Setia Alam. Job commencement to be mid October. Mandarin speaking candidates are preferred\xc2\xb7 Good spoken and written communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia language.\xc2\xb7 Good convincing skill and social selling.\xc2\xb7 Friendly and confident personality with a smart appearance.\xc2\xb7 Able to work independently and a team player.\xc2\xb7 Able to work on weekends and public holidays.\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication, presentation and people management skills including being non-confrontational when dealing with irate internal or external customers.\xc2\xb7 Commercial Awareness \xe2\x80\x94 Consistently in touch with current market development including competitors\' information and aware of the target market well and have the ability to create campaigns that grab the attention of customers and solves problems.\xc2\xb7 Top quality analytical skills in gathering and analyzing data.\xc2\xb7 Exceptional organization and time-management skills, result orientated and ability to balance conflicting demands and priorities multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines.\xc2\xb7 Computer skills such as working knowledge of how to use Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel.
